  • Onsite education of management in recognizing problems – a troubled employee or a job performance issue – and how to refer to the Corporate Assistance Program
  • Orientation of employees to introduce the CAP and encourage for use with personal and family problems
  • 24 hour emergency availability of the CAP counselor to employees and management
  • Confidential counseling sessions with the CAP counselor
  • Follow-up by the CAP counselor to ensure employee compliance with the counselors recommendations
  • Regular evaluation of the CAP with management
  • Promotion of the program within the company using various media
